On March 26, the Ministry of Commerce issued Announcements Nos. 6 and 7 of 2021, announcing the final rulings of anti-dumping and anti-subsidy on wines originating in Australia. Anti-dumping duties are levied on related wines. It is reported that the implementation period of the taxation is 5 years from March 28, 2021, and the anti-dumping duty rate range is 116.2%-218.4%
