Korea conducts anti dumping of hardwood plywood products from China.
On October 18, 2013, the Ministry of Planning and Finance of the Republic of Korea issued an announcement to impose a three-year anti-dumping duty on plywood over 6mm imported from China. The customs duties of the products involved in the case were 441231 and 441232, and the Chinese corporate tax rate was 2.42% -27.21% .
On May 19, 2017, the Ministry of Planning and Finance of the Republic of Korea notified China that after the anti-dumping sunset review investigation, it decided to continue to impose hardwood plywood products imported from China (thickness greater than 6 mm, Korea Customs Tariff Nos. 4412.31, 4412.33 and 4412.34) for a period 3 years of anti-dumping duties. The tax rate for Chinese enterprises ranges from 4.57% to 27.21%. After receiving the notice, our company will promptly notify the relevant enterprises to prepare the corresponding materials to lay a good foundation for the independent tax rate.
In November 2019, South Korean plywood entered the review stage again. As a sample survey company, our company actively participated in the filling of the questionnaire and sent the questionnaire within the time specified by the Ministry of Planning and Finance of South Korea.
